1. Who we are

RankingDomain.com ("RankingDomain", "we") sells aged domain names that we own. We are the only seller on this site; there are no third-party sellers.

2. Accounts and contact details

  1. You can buy at a fixed price with just a valid email address and a WhatsApp or Telegram contact. Bidding in auctions requires an account with a verified WhatsApp or Telegram number.
  2. You are responsible for giving correct details, especially the registrar and registrar account username the domain should be pushed to. A wrong username can delay delivery.
  3. One person, one account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, shill bidding, chargebacks or abuse.

3. Listings and domain data

  1. Each listing shows metrics (e.g. DR, UR, referring domains, TF/CF, traffic, age) and badges (e.g. Clean RD, Clean History) taken from third-party tools (Ahrefs, Majestic, Wayback Machine and others) at the time shown on the listing.
  2. Third-party metrics change over time and are outside our control. We do not guarantee future metrics, rankings, traffic, indexing or search performance.
  3. The metrics snapshot shown at checkout is saved with your order for your records. Please check the data yourself (with your own tools) before buying: data or badge differences are not a refund reason (see Refund Policy).
  4. Prices are in USD. Amounts in other currencies (e.g. IDR) are estimates at the current exchange rate; you pay the USD amount shown at checkout (or the converted amount shown by the payment partner). Prices may change at any time before you pay. The price on your order is fixed once the order is created.

4. Buying at a fixed price (Buy Now)

  1. Adding a domain to checkout reserves it for you for 30 minutes. If payment is not completed in that time, the order is cancelled and the domain is released.
  2. Payment is processed by our payment partner (Mobee). We do not store card or wallet credentials.
  3. An order counts as paid only after the payment partner confirms the full amount. Underpaid, late or duplicate payments are reviewed manually and refunded or completed at our discretion.

5. Offers (when available)

  1. You can send an offer on listings that allow it. Offers are valid for 48 hours.
  2. An accepted offer reserves the domain for you for 24 hours. If you don't pay in that time, the acceptance lapses.
  3. Offers below 80% of the listed price are rejected automatically. We may accept, reject or counter any offer without giving a reason; we counter at most once, and you can accept or decline the counter.

6. Auctions (when available)

  1. Auctions have a start price, a fixed end time and may have a hidden reserve price. The domain is sold only if the highest bid meets the reserve.
  2. Every bid is a binding commitment to buy at that amount if you win. No deposit is needed to bid; bidding requires a verified WhatsApp number.
  3. The minimum increment depends on the current bid (for example +$5 under $100, +$10 from $100, +$25 from $500, +$50 from $1,000) and is shown next to the bid box.
  4. Proxy bidding: you can set a maximum, and the system bids for you in the minimum increment up to that maximum.
  5. Anti-sniping: a bid placed in the last 5 minutes extends the auction to 5 minutes after that bid. This can repeat with no limit.
  6. Auctions marked "Buy Now" can be bought instantly at the Buy Now price until the highest bid meets the reserve. After that, Buy Now is removed.
  7. Once an auction starts, we cannot change its start price or reserve, and our staff cannot place, change or delete bids. We may void bids we find fraudulent (for example shill bidding or a stolen account). Every void is logged and the bidder is notified.
  8. The winner must pay within 24 hours. If they don't, the win is cancelled, the account loses bidding rights, and the domain may be offered to the next-highest bidder.
  9. If the reserve is not met, the domain is not sold. We may relist it, offer it at a fixed price, or offer it to the highest bidder.

7. Delivery (domain push)

  1. After payment is confirmed, we push the domain to the registrar account you gave us, normally within 24 hours (target, not a guarantee, e.g. registrar outages).
  2. Same-registrar push is the default. Transfers to another registrar may take longer, and any transfer fees or registrar locks (e.g. a 60-day lock after a recent change) depend on the registrar.
  3. Delivery is complete when the domain shows in your registrar account (or you accept the push). From then on you own the domain and are responsible for renewals, DNS and content.
  4. You can follow the status and fix your registrar username on your order page (link in your emails).

8. Acceptable use

You may not use domains bought here for illegal content, malware, phishing or trademark infringement. We may refuse a sale where we suspect such use.

9. Refunds

See the Refund Policy. It is part of these Terms.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, rankings or traffic.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version you accepted is saved with your order and applies to that order.
